Overview

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is proud to be home to 29 Green Flag parks and open spaces. We want these community areas to be enjoyed by all, and we are committed to collaborating with partners to make them better.

Our vision for these parks is to ensure they are rich in nature and biodiversity while incorporating sustainable environmental practices. We aim to create fun and accessible spaces for everyone—families playing, dog walkers staying active, and community members connecting through events and to attract visitors to enjoy our wonderful events.

We invite your feedback on how to improve our existing parks, create new ones, and actively involve you in shaping the future of our parks. Your feedback is vital to keeping our parks vibrant and relevant.

We also encourage community participation in caring for these spaces, ensuring they remain central to our communities for both current and future generations.
