The Council has delivered significant investment and improvements to our leisure centres so that users can enjoy the latest state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and leisure experiences.

Your feedback on our facilities and your experience is important to us.

Your feedback will be reviewed by our Leisure management team.

Satisfaction ratings, key points and arising actions, along with selected comments, will be reported to the Council's Corporate Leadership Team and the Council's Operations Committee.

Satisfaction ratings will be incorporated within an annual report of Council performance.
