Overview

We are continually aiming to improve our services and our facilities and it is important that we know what matters to you. 

The Council’s Waste, Recycling and Cleansing services include kerbside household recycling collections, bulky waste collections, street cleansing, litter bin servicing and the use of five household recycling centres across the Borough.

Your feedback will help us to assess and continue to improve all our service provision, helping to meet both customer needs and meet our legislative requirements.
