HAVE YOUR SAY - IT’S YOUR BOROUGH

We are continually aiming to improve our services and our facilities and it is important that we know what matters to you. We want our Borough to be somewhere that you enjoy and are proud to live in.

We are delighted to be one of Northern Ireland’s top performing areas for recycling and that is a credit to you for supporting our recycling initiatives.

The Council’s Waste, Recycling and Cleansing services include kerbside household recycling collections,  Bulky Waste collections, street cleansing, litter bin servicing and the use of five Household Recycling Centres across the Borough.

Your feedback has helped us to assess and continue to improve all our service provision, helping to meet both customer needs and meet our legislative requirements.
