We are hoping to introduce feedback surveys for the services provided by Information Governance. In order to pilot this it would be appreciated if you would complete the survey for Records Management ie. the Central Filing System and the application of the Retention and Disposal Schedule (RADS). We want to try to keep the survey as brief as possible and would only intend to issue it once a year. Any suggestions you have regarding appropriate questions would be appreciated.
